The first steps on from recreational gymnastics. The children will learn + work towards good basics and technically correct gymnastic skills. Developing strength + flexibility. This is a group that trains on all apparatus and works towards local competitions on floor, vault + beam. Children are able to complete their British Gymnastics Badges and be involved in club events throughout the year.
