This class is designed to develop the skills of the gymnast with more advanced skills on all of the apparatus. Walkovers, round offs + flics on the floor, cartwheels + spins on the beam, circling the bars, through and handspring vaults. The gymnasts and can work towards the British Gymnastics badges and be involved in club events.
