This is a non structured class not led by coaches, but fully coach supervised.

This session is great for those who want to work in a relaxed, no pressure own face environment.

Children must be aware of each other and at any time our coaching team can instruct that they deem something is unsafe and to stop that certain activity.

After 2 x trial sessions members, if you choose to enrol you will also need to register with British Gymnastics at a cost of £24/year.
