A mixture of fitness and fun in a 75min coach lead session. 30mins of warm up + fitness followed by 35mins of free choice skills and 5mins final stretch lead by Senior coaches. We can tailor set ups to meet your individual goals whether that be to achieve your first ever cartwheel or a handspring over the vault.
